Banax Xtreme

This Banax fishing reel has 25kg of drag power to stop the hardest running fish. It has been designed for Australian conditions and has the componentry to handle our harsh conditions. The six part drag system is made of 3 x carbontex washers and 3 x alloy washers.

The reel boasts full power metal construction with alloy rotor which ensures all internal parts are held in position when under the heaviest loads thus reducing wear. Backing this up is the Banax HCS. This is the combination of precision machine cut brass gears and pinion and the stainless steel shaft ensuring the reel will hold up under pressure.

Brass gears are some of the toughest gears in the market place and if you are chasing big fish then this cannot be ignored. To maintain the highest quality in the reel, 6 NMB precision Japanese shielded stainless steel ball bearings are used which incorporates DD400 stainless steel for maximum hardness and corrosion resistance, there is a titanium coated spool lip and line roller to maximize heat dispersion when braid is singing through the guide on a hard running fish maintaining the integrity of the line. Machine cut alloy handle and power knob round out what is already a very impressive reel.

This reel is made in Banax's factory in Korea that has made the name Banax synonymous with strength and durability.
