How do I place an order on FishingAllDay.com?
Browse to the page of the item that you want to purchase and click "add this to my cart". The default quantity is 1. If you want to purchase more than 1, please change the amount in the "Add to cart:" field to the quantity that you desire and then click "add this to my cart".

How do I know the shipping charges?
In your shopping cart, we provide a tool to estimate the cost to ship to your location. In your shopping cart, there's a button named "estimate shipping". Click on that and an estimate will be provided based on your current location. You may change to your desired location and press "update" to estimate a new shipping cost.

What is the payment method?
We currently use PayPal as a payment gateway. You can purchase using credit cards or through your PayPal account. All major credit cards are accepted.

Do I need to create an account with FishingAllDay.com?
Yes as this allows you to keep track of your shopping like items that you have added to your shopping cart, track status of your current orders and also to enjoy other member's benefits. With an account with us, you can add items to your shopping cart and easily come back some other day to make payment as items in the shopping cart will remain on our system until you choose otherwise. This facilitate shopping and provides with you with a better shopping experience. During check out, if you choose to check out through PayPal without creating an account, an account will be automatically created for you and the login info will be sent to the email provided during check out.

How long does it take for the delivery of orders?
Delivery if orders depend on the method of shipping selected during check out. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for for info.

What if the items I order are out of stock?
Generally, we carry good levels of stock for most of our products but because we have a physical store, sometimes walk-in customers may purchase the items in our physical store leaving certain items to be out of stock. In this event, we will backorder the item and ship the item once it arrive. Normally, we need just 3 days to receive backorder items. In the event that we are unable to re-stock quickly, we will inform you and ask you on what would you like to do with the pending order. You can either continue, cancel or ask for a refund.

What are the conditions of the items available on FishingAllDay.com?
All items are brand new. We do not sell used or refurbished products.
