Shimano Calcutta CTC 200DC (R)

The Shimano Calcutta 200DC/201DC series have a low profile sitting position and its line capacity is the same as the 250DC series. Besides the 8 standard casting settings found in the existing Calcutta Conquest range, 3 additional setting for line used compliments the existing features for optimum. These additional 3 setting are introduced with the purpose of obtaining the most optimum cast.

N – setting is used when the reel is spooled with PE or Nylon line and this setting is ideal for topwater lure, minnow or crankbait.

F – setting is used when the reel is spooled with heavier Fluorocarbon line. 10gram minnow could be cast with minimal back spin.

SP – setting is used when big bait lures of 40gram to 80gram are used so that they could be cast without spinning.

The cast control knob is designed for precision and easy setting of spool at all times and is available in both left and right hand model. The New Shimano Calcutta Conquest DC continues to be the epitome of Baitcasting reels.
