Shimano ELF spinning reels are incorporated with S-System and the Nasci and Elf are built with sophiscated features such as the S-Rotor, S-cam, S-Guard and S-Shield. For extra corrosion resistance, the spool is cold-forged and double anodised. "C" (compact) size has been introduced for anglers looking for a smaller reel with a bigger line capacity.
