Shipping Policy
It's our priority to ship in-stock orders in the shortest time possible. We
currently offer two shipping methods: Express or Standard Mail.
For the option of Express Mail, we ship to almost anywhere in the world through
express courier services such as FedEx, DHL and UPS. For this option, we do not
ship to P.O. Box or Military Base addresses (APO/FPO). Orders to these addresses
will only be shipped through Standard Mail services. Average time for delivery
through express courier services is between 3 to 5 working days. With Standard
Mail option, delivery time is between 2 to 3 weeks.
Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday (except public holidays) and we
will try our best to ship orders within 24-48 hours of receiving orders. Once
order has been shipped, we will notify you through email and tracking number
will be provided for easy tracking.
For Express Mail, an adult signature is required during delivery and if no one
is available at the address specified, the parcel will be sent to the nearest
post office for collection at later time.
Shipping cost for all orders are estimated automatically in your shopping cart.
You can refer to the calculated shipping cost for the different shipping options
available by clicking on the "Estimate Shipping" button at the bottom of
your shopping cart. Please make sure that the right address is provided to
prevent any delay in shipment. During Checkout, you will be provided with the
option to choose one of the shipping options available. Shipping cost will be
automatically added to the total amount before you proceed to make payment.
Damaged Item
Only items shipped through Express Mail are insured and they are insured by the
courier services. In the rare occasion that the item arrive damaged, please
contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel and we will provide
instructions on how to make claim with the courier services. To help support
your claim, please retain packing materials and item as this will help in your
insurance claim with the courier services.
Return Policy
In the rare occasion that the good received is faulty, please contact us and we
will facilitate the exchange as soon as possible. For this Return Policy to be
valid, please return faulty good back to us within 30 days of receiving the
item. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. The item returned
must be in the condition as when received (original packaging and other items
that came with the item to be returned).
